Quit smoking/tobacco easily, use this “4Ds” formula:

  1. Delay – When your mind asks for a cigarette or for tobacco, delay the request for at least five minutes, the urge will pass.
  2. Deep Breath – Start breathing slowly and deeply.
  3. Do something else – Keep your mind and hands busy in doing something else.
  4. Drink water (lots of water) – Drink lots of water, sip slowly.
